The 304 Headquarters does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please make sure you select the correct size, color, and style before placing your order.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at the304headquarters@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

Please note: We do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges. We are also not responsible for damage caused by improper use, washing, handling, or normal wear and tear.
